However a window of opportunity opened and I made a successful road trip via the outback to avoid any covid hotspots. The day I left it was snowing in Canberra so the long winter trek to warmer weather was made even more worthwhile. Sunshine never fails, we had blue sky days the whole time I was there even if it was cut short by yet another lockdown. So I apologise for the location selfies mostly in Noosa National park, (always a bucket list favourite) but I wanted a memento that I actually made it.
