Canberra Centenary 2013

The city I live in hosts it’s centenary year in 2013 with lots of events planned during the year. I hope to make it to the ones appealing to me. Although I notice there is a web site registering 100 things locals like about living here which will be compiled after the votes are tallied in March. But on my list of favorite things is the walk around Canberra Lake Burley Griffin foreshores. It can be congested at times with cyclists but if you go early enough it’s a walk you have without noticing you have done it.
